Delivery Policy

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of receipt.    It is our intention that you should receive your order within 7-14 days to any standard New Zealand address.  The goods will be shipped via New Zealand Couriers.  Please ring on us (07) 5786728 with any special delivery instructions.

Please contact us immediately should you experience any problems. New Zealand Couriers provides a tracking service and we will supply this information should it be required.

If for any reason part or all of your order is unavailable or temporarily out of stock you will be contacted before dispatch of any goods or before proceeding further with your order.

Refund Policy

If you find an item received from us is faulty, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery with all packing, accessories and manuals.  We offer an exchange or refund whichever you prefer.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase.

All products are priced in New Zealand dollars NZD ($).

Freight & G.S.T. on Orders to be Delivered Outside of New Zealand

All orders required to be freighted outside of New Zealand will incur an additional freight charge subject to the weight of the item or items and the destination address. Please contact us for a quotation on the freight cost.

All our prices include the New Zealand ‘Goods & Services Tax’ (G.S.T.). If you are purchasing and requiring the items to be sent outside of New Zealand you may be exempt from paying G.S.T. Please contact us to arrange your purchase.
